MS Virtual Assistants provides professional administrative support, executive assistance, operational management, CRM updates, marketing automation setup, and digital workflow management. The exact scope of work, hourly allocations, or monthly retainer deliverables for any engagement will be explicitly outlined in a separate, signed Service Agreement or Statement of Work (SOW) between us and the client.
Service Agreements: Before any official business support begins, clients must agree to our package rates or consulting fees.
Payment Terms: Fees for monthly retainer packages or designated project milestones are typically invoiced and due in advance of the work being performed, unless specified otherwise in your client contract.
Late Payments: We reserve the right to pause all active task queues, administrative workflows, and system management services if an invoice remains unpaid past its designated due date.
Our Content: Unless otherwise indicated, the Site, including its source code, design, website copy, graphics, and logos on msvirtualassistants.com, are owned or controlled by us and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our web content for commercial use without our express written permission.
Client Deliverables: Once an invoice is fully paid, the specific work products, automations, or documentation created explicitly for your business during our engagement will belong entirely to you, subject to any proprietary third-party tool licenses.
To effectively manage your workflows, you may choose to grant us access to your external business tools, CRMs, or email platforms.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your own master account credentials.
You agree to provide accurate, timely details and necessary system permissions required for us to successfully complete your delegated operational tasks.
Our Site or services may interact with, link to, or configure third-party software applications (such as Google Workspace, external CRM systems, or form builders). We do not control or assume responsibility for the uptime, security policies, or platform changes of these external third-party companies.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MS Virtual Assistants and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages—including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities—arising out of your use of the Site or any administrative delays caused by third-party software outages. Our total liability under any signed agreement will be strictly limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service block in question.
Either party may terminate a service relationship or monthly retainer subscription in accordance with the specific notice period (e.g., 14-day or 30-day written notice) explicitly outlined in your individual signed client contract.
These Terms and any separate service relationships shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws governing our primary place of business operation.
